Are tickets purchased in advance?

Yes, all tickets are purchased via our online website and ticketing service. If you are having difficulty with the online service, please email us and we will gladly assist you.

Is there a waiting list for sold out tours?

We do not have a wait list. All tours are confirmed no later than 12:00 p.m. the day of the tour.

What happens if it rains?

Rain or shine, we dine. However, we advise you to check the weather conditions for your day’s event and dress appropriately. On rare occasions, we will contact you in the event of anticipated severe weather.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a no cancellation policy. Given the nature of the tour, we cannot offer refunds, but will gladly reschedule your tour for another time.  We will also provide a gift certificate in lieu of rescheduling.

Is there a minimum and maximum number of guests for the tour?

Yes.  The minimum number for a tour to depart is 6 guests and the maximum number is 15 guests to keep the tour intimate and engaging. Your credit card will not be processed until the minimum number of guests is reached. You may request to book a tour in increments of 1 for a specific date, however, for the tour to depart, a collective total of 6 guests must be booked to proceed. In the event the minimum number of guests is not reached for your specific tour date, you will be notified via email 2 hours prior to departure and no charge will be applied for your tour purchase.

Is there a minimum age for the tour?

Our minimum age is 16. This policy allows guests to have an enjoyable time while dining on the Emerald Coast.

Are gift certificates available?

Ok, I have purchased my ticket. Now what?

You will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase and the time/location of the tour departure with final instructions. If you have any questions, please email us.

Is there parking near the tour meeting point?

Yes, there are public parking areas located near the meeting point. Specific parking information will be sent to you via email after purchasing your tickets. You can also use a car service if you prefer to not drive at all to get to and from the meeting point.

What transportation is provided for the tour?

Transportation is provided by Sunshine Shuttle for the tours in a comfortable air-conditioned shuttle bus.  Sunshine Shuttle sets the standard for transportation services in Northwest Florida.

Are any alcoholic beverages served on the tour?

Other than a tasting sample that may be offered, we do not provide alcohol as part of the tour, alcoholic beverages can be purchased separately at participating restaurants. You may also bring your own beverages as well in a small cooler to enjoy from stop to stop. Water will be provided at participating restaurants.  

How much food will be included in the tastings?

While portion sizes are smaller than what you would purchase at any of these locations on your own, most guests find themselves comfortable and satiated by tour’s end since we are visiting multiple locations.  Each tour is designed to provide enough food for a hearty tasting, yet not leave participants so full that they cannot continue enjoying their visit to the Emerald Coast. Our goal is to ensure you not only have “happy taste buds but a happy tummy”.

How much walking is involved?

There will be a short distance of walking for a few select restaurants that are near each other, otherwise, we will be dropped off at the entrance to the restaurants via the transportation included.

Can I shop during the tour?

The tour needs to stay on a tight schedule so that we arrive at each tasting location at the agreed upon time. If there is a shopping opportunity, your guide will advise you. 

Are bathrooms available on the tour?

Yes. Bathrooms are available during the tour at selected food-tasting locations.

Can I book a private group tour?

Absolutely! To set up or learn more, please visit our Private Group Tours link to complete a short form. A Little Taste of the Emerald Coast representative will contact you shortly thereafter to set up the perfect tour created just for you! Private tours also open the opportunity to visit additional restaurants than those included on the public tours and to have beverages included if desired. If you don’t know much about the area, your representative will work with you to understand your likes/dislikes and create a customized tour for your group to enjoy! These inquiries will be handled on a case by case basis and pricing will be established based on the request of the client.

Are tours offered in languages other than English?

No. We only offer tours in English.

What about food allergies?

We will try our best to work within your food allergies or restrictions. Seafood and/or shellfish are served on all tours, as are meats and cheeses.  Please let us know in advance if there are any issues or concerns.

Are cameras allowed on the tour?

Yes. Please take as many photos or film as you like! In fact, we would love it if you shared pictures and videos of your experience with us either by email or via Facebook. If you email us, please let us know if we can publish your pictures/videos on our website and/or Facebook.

Are gratuities accepted?

Yes, and thank you!  Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15% – 20%.
